At Eataly Roma Ostiense, 2025 begins wrapped in the scents and flavors of the best versions of cacio e pepe with the beloved Cacio&Pepe Festival. Each recipe will be flavored by the creativity of individual chefs, starting from traditional versions up to the most innovative ones, to be paired with craft beers and quality wines. During the Cacio&Pepe Festival, there will also be interesting show cooking with free access, such as the gastronomic experience that will allow you to watch the tasty creaming of pasta in the shape of Pecorino Romano.

In just a few days, the most anticipated event of 2025 has already attracted thousands of visitors. We are talking about Euphoria, a one-of-a-kind traveling contemporary art project ― a world made of air, light and dreams that invites visitors, young and old, to jump, run, play and give space to their imagination. At the Convention Center La Nuvola, the lightness, interaction and communicative power of inflatable art are on display, with the works of some of the greatest contemporary artists. We are in the EUR area, a few minutes walk from our Hotel American Palace and the Hotel Cristoforo Colombo.

At Tor di Quinto 2025 opens the dances with the sensational Circo nell’Acqua, a unique event in which reality merges with fantasy, proposing a show without animals that brings the best of contemporary circus art to the stage. To make the show even more unique, there are fascinating hologram projections that create a dreamlike atmosphere. Also not to be missed are the incredible dancing fountains that, with their 70,000 liters of water, embellish the large track creating an enchanted world where water and earth meet.
